Know what you’re dealing with.
Clear facts. Human decisions. A conversation you can come back to.
Check the facts.
Listing descriptions and condition details come from the seller. A verification badge appears only when an administrator has recorded evidence for that specific status.
Confirm ownership, condition, availability, and any documents you need before proceeding. Fictional demo listings are labeled and do not represent real offers.
Agree on the next step.
Offers, counters, and “Accept for discussion” help you negotiate. They do not create a payment, escrow service, or binding contract through DEALR.
Discuss the final terms with the other party. Broker assistance is optional, and any fee arrangement must be agreed separately.
Speak up when something feels wrong.
Use “Report this listing or seller” on a listing, or “Report” beneath a message. An administrator can review the report and take action.
To stop new messages, open the conversation and choose “Block this account.” Previous records remain available, and you can unblock the account later.
Useful answers should be honest answers.
DEALR’s current assistance uses listing facts and supported calculations. It says when information is missing and does not invent ownership, accident history, earnings, or verification. You approve listing details, offers, and every negotiation action.
